He took his time and made sure I got to look at my pace at things in my price range. He was always keeping me in the loop on the daily, even if it was just to say "nothing new yet". I have worked with two other realtors, one in the far past and one in the recent. Erik is the one whose information I would pass along to someone I know.

Erik was originally -- and still is -- a client of mine, and over time our conversations naturally turned into honest talks about the real estate market. He was never pushy, only patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my options. As trust grew, I shared that I wasn't sure whether I wanted to rent or buy. He invited me into his office simply to talk, with no pressure or expectations -- just to help me see what was possible. When one of the homes he sent me truly caught my eye, things moved quickly. Even though this wasn't my first home, it was by far the most intimidating. I knew I wanted to put 20% down to avoid PMI, and the amount of money involved kept me up at night. I had moments of fear, doubt, and almost backed out. Through all of it, Erik showed up in a way that went far beyond a realtor. He treated me like family -- steady, supportive, and always looking out for my best interest. He took extra time to walk me through every detail, answered every question, and made sure I never felt rushed or alone. He and his team made something I was deeply afraid of feel manageable and safe. One of the most meaningful moments was when Erik stopped by for his haircut just to personally hand me my keys, along with a thoughtful gift basket. That gesture said everything. This wasn't just a transaction -- it was a relationship built on trust and care. I know we won't be getting rid of each other anytime soon, and I'll absolutely be working with him again for my next property. I recommend Erik wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone who truly treats you like family throughout the process.
