Sandy did an excellent job in selling my rental property. She is a true professional. She always answered my questions in a clear and prompt manner. Erik is also helped by negotiating the buyers credit which was a big help. You can't go wrong with these 2 when selling your home.

Erik was originally -- and still is -- a client of mine, and over time our conversations naturally turned into honest talks about the real estate market. He was never pushy, only patient, informative, and genuinely invested in helping me understand my options. As trust grew, I shared that I wasn't sure whether I wanted to rent or buy. He invited me into his office simply to talk, with no pressure or expectations -- just to help me see what was possible. When one of the homes he sent me truly caught my eye, things moved quickly. Even though this wasn't my first home, it was by far the most intimidating. I knew I wanted to put 20% down to avoid PMI, and the amount of money involved kept me up at night. I had moments of fear, doubt, and almost backed out. Through all of it, Erik showed up in a way that went far beyond a realtor. He treated me like family -- steady, supportive, and always looking out for my best interest. He took extra time to walk me through every detail, answered every question, and made sure I never felt rushed or alone. He and his team made something I was deeply afraid of feel manageable and safe. One of the most meaningful moments was when Erik stopped by for his haircut just to personally hand me my keys, along with a thoughtful gift basket. That gesture said everything. I know we won't be getting rid of each other anytime soon, and I'll absolutely be working with him again for my next property.
