Wade Spendlove

We were visitors to the Las Vegas area in the Fall of 2019 and were considering buying a retirement home to move into from out of state. An internet search yielded a home in Las Vegas that we wanted to tour, so we contacted the listing realtor's office. That was when we met Wade Spendlove. During a brief face to face meeting in the Wardley Real Estate office, where we described the type of home we wanted, the price range and other considerations, Wade initiated a search which resulted in scheduling a tour of several homes in different neighborhoods allowing us to become familiar with the area. With Wades help, we narrowed our search to a particular neighborhood, toured numerous listings and with his guidance and knowledge of the market made a decision of where to purchase our retirement home. Wade knew the market conditions, the listing agents and the pros and cons of the various considerations that played into our selecting the best home for us. During this process, Wade made himself available to us during several return trips to the area, kept us informed of the various listings we were interested in and was there for us throughout the decision and buying process. Wade is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. We have come to call him our "first friend in Las Vegas!" and continue to stay in touch with him. I'm sure you will also have a very productive and pleasant experience working with Wade.

Wade Spendlove

Wade has a great work ethic. He has many times gone above and beyond what is required to make sure that something is done, not only correctly, but done well. He is well mannered and is cognizant of people's needs. There were times that something needed to be done in a timely manner and Wade was proactive in getting all of these obligations done on time. You can tell that Wade cares about who he works with and how he can serve them in their needs. I have appreciated his work ethic and would have no problem working with him again.
